Design & launch a product
You have a problem to solve or an idea to test against reality, and you need a first version that holds up in front of real users. Not a mockup, not a demo: a version people use, and from which you can decide what comes next.
When to call us
- _You want to test an idea or a problem with real users.
- _You have to show a working product by a deadline: a client, a pilot, a fundraise.
- _You have no technical team and you do not want to build one before the use is validated.
- _You have mockups or specifications, and you lack the team to make them real.
What we mean by a first version
A first version is not a cut-down product. It is a complete product on one precise use: the one that has to work end to end for you to test, sell or operate.
That use is defined before any feature list: it decides what goes into the version, and it settles the trade-offs that come up along the way.
What we take on
Framing, design, web and mobile development, infrastructure and data. AI where the use justifies it.
One team covers all of it: a product decision never has to be translated into a specification for someone else, it is made and carried out in the same conversation.
Why Vezero
You work directly with the four partners who design and ship the products. No junior placed between you and the team, no production chain to hand the context over to. Over ten years of experience each in our respective fields.
We take part in product trade-offs rather than simply receiving them. Proposing a direction and steering its execution means being accountable for the consequences.
We commit to the use the version has to make possible, within the agreed time and budget. Arbitrating the means of getting there is our job, with you: the estimation risk stays on our side, not yours.
What you get
- _The use the version must make possible and its success criteria, defined before starting
- _The product in production: web, mobile, infrastructure, data
- _Business and technical documentation, maintained throughout the project
- _The path for what comes next, and in what order
Frequently asked questions
What goes into a first version?
Whatever is needed for the chosen use to work end to end, and nothing beyond it: one complete journey is worth more than five sketched ones. The list is settled during framing.
Do you work from existing mockups?
Yes. We test them against the chosen use: what contributes to it is kept, the rest is discussed before being built. We do not redraw what exists and works.
What happens once the first version is live?
You have a product in production and its documentation, and you continue with whichever team you choose. Those who want senior expertise available without hiring for it continue through the technical partnership.
How we frame, arbitrate and commit is set out in detail in the Vezero Method.
