This site collects personal data only when you fill in the contact form. It then transmits your first name, last name, email address and the content of your message.

Where present, the campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) from the address you arrived through are attached. Those parameters are held in your browser’s session storage for the duration of your visit and cleared when you close the tab.

No account, no profile and no payment data are created or collected.

Form data is used solely to handle and answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Vezero’s legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry addressed to it (GDPR article 6.1.f).

Campaign parameters tell us which channel an enquiry came through. They are not used for profiling.

Your message is processed by a serverless function hosted on Amazon Web Services (Europe, Paris region), which does not retain it, and then delivered to the Vezero team’s Slack workspace, where it is read and handled.

Slack is operated by Slack Technologies LLC (Salesforce group), established in the United States. This transfer outside the European Union relies on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and on Salesforce’s certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

No data is sold, rented or otherwise passed on to third parties.

Messages are kept for 24 months from the last exchange, then deleted.

You may ask us to delete your message at any point before that.

The site uses Umami Cloud to measure traffic. Umami sets no cookie, uses no advertising identifier and does not track visitors across sites. The data collected is aggregated: page views, referrer, device type, country.

This measurement cannot identify you and therefore does not require your prior consent.

This site sets no cookies at all: neither technical, analytics nor advertising. That is why you are not shown a consent banner.

Only your browser’s session storage is used, to remember the campaign parameters of your visit. It is cleared when you close the tab.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port the data concerning you.
